As the treatment coordinator and office manager, Jessica handles most new patient exams and steps in as a clinical assistant when needed. Chances are, she will be one of the first team members you meet – and her versatility ensures every patient feels welcome and cared for.

Paula is a former patient here at Align Orthodontics who was so impressed with the care she received that she later joined the team as a Financial Coordinator and Treatment Coordinator. With a deep understanding of insurance processes, she is the go-to person for any insurance-related questions. As one of our Treatment Coordinators, she finds fulfillment in continuously learning how to help patients understand that orthodontics is not just about aesthetics, but also about improving overall health. She enjoys meeting new people and helping them become part of our family, ensuring each patient feels welcomed and supported throughout their journey.

Haley is an enthusiastic schedule coordinator who loves bringing a little sunshine to the office every day! With a knack for organizing and multitasking, she ensures the office runs smoothly while creating a positive and friendly experience for every patient. Meeting new people is one of Haley’s favorite parts of the job – whether it is chatting with patients, answering questions or just making someone smile, Haley is always eager to connect.

With almost 30 years of experience in orthodontics, Erin began her career right here in San Diego. Her passion for transforming smiles and changing lives continues to inspire her every day. As a proud member of the Align Orthodontics team, Erin works closely with Dr. Mirna Nguyen to deliver exceptional care with compassion and dedication, helping patients achieve their best smiles.

Ses was born and raised in the Philippines, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Before moving to the United States, she practiced as a general dentist and owned her own clinic for seven years, developing a strong passion for orthodontics. With over 31 years of experience as a registered dental assistant, she specializes in clinical duties and fabricating orthodontic appliances. She loves helping patients achieve their unique smiles and often says, “I love seeing my patients grow! I love growing old with them.”

Abby has been an orthodontic assistant for over 13 years and brings warmth and dedication to every patient interaction. She values treating each patient like family, finding joy in being part of their life-changing orthodontic journeys. Seeing patients smile confidently for the first time is the most rewarding part of her work. Abby focuses on ensuring patients’ comfort during clinical procedures. You will often find her in the office on Saturdays, helping provide exceptional care for every patient.
